Alongside my paintings and commissions, I offer therapeutic practices for both adults and children that support one's journey of self-discovery, inner exploration, and conscious living. I like to call this my Inner Wild Studio, Where i help others connect and find their inner wild side!

I’ve always been guided by a deep curiosity about the 'inner world' and the stories we hold in our bodies, emotions, and creativity. My path as an artist started from a young age and after art school in Engand, I set up and ran an art gallery in Nairobi - Kenya, before focussing on my own work more professionally and exploring my interest in art as a healing modality. In my therapy work I support others in finding clarity, expression, and wholeness by tapping into their own wild, creative truth and impliment more balance and creativity into their personal and professional lives.

My artwork is a conversation between the seen and unseen—a way I express what words often cannot. Inspired by the natural world and the feminine energy inside us all, which often gets beaten down and ignored in the world we live in, each painting invites you to pause, feel, and reflect. My work is a space to wander, connect, and perhaps see a piece of your own journey reflected on the canvas. I take commissions and work from my studio in Watamu, Kenya.

SELF EXPLORATION

Trained in somatic therapy and exploring creativivty as a therapy tool, I run events, workshops and one-to-one sessions that are designed to support your personal growth and emotional well-being. Using modalities such as painting, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed counseling, I help guide you back to yourself. Together, we explore the balance of masculine and feminine energies, the wisdom of the body, and the process of re-wilding the self, all at your pace. Sessions are available online or in person.
